Our goal is to make your entire mattress shopping and purchasing process as simple
and easy as possible—which means that the shipping and delivery of your order
is carefully planned to ensure that your purchase arrives on time and in mint
condition. Our unique business model of manufacturing our own products—on
demand—is one of our greatest differentiators in the industry and is also to
your advantage. Your new mattress will be made specifically for you after your
transaction is complete. This is also the reason that not all of our mattresses are
available for immediate delivery, shipment or pick-up. Our standard production
practice requires five to seven business days for your new mattress to be made. So,
if you are in immediate need of a mattress solution please visit our stores and talk
with a sales associate to see if we may have an option that would work for you. You

Oregon & Washington Delivery Options
We offer next day delivery on in stock mattresses for orders placed by 10AM daily. If your mattress is made to order it will be placed in our production queue to be hand built by our craftsmen within 4-7 days from the date of order. For online orders after your order is received we will contact you to arrange for a delivery appointment.
Orders made in our stores will be scheduled at the time sale with a delivery day and the option for a morning or afternoon time period. We contact all customers via email 1 day in advance of the delivery with an approximate 2 hour window for delivery. The morning/afternoon of the delivery our delivery team will contact you when they are 20-30 minutes from your home.
White Glove Delivery
If you select our White Glove Delivery option, we will bring your mattress to your
home and set it up for you. This includes bringing your mattress up one set of stairs
(if necessary), moving your old mattress to another room (or taking it away for
recycling if you added that service), setting up your new bed frame (if you purchased
ours) and placing your mattress and foundation on the frame.
We do require a clear path for our delivery team to safely and efficiently walk
from our delivery truck to your new mattress's destination within your home. This
means that all tripping hazards, furniture, wall mounted artwork or mirrors, etc. be
removed ahead of time. Our delivery team will first inspect this path to confirm that
there is nothing that will compromise a successful delivery and set-up. If they do
find something of concern, they will not complete delivery until it is resolved. We
do not accept responsibility for damages that occur during normal delivery and set-up
unless insinuating circumstances apply. Though we have a long track record of
successful deliveries and mattress set-ups, we will evaluate concerns on a
case-by-case basis.
Doorway Delivery
If you select our Doorway Delivery option, we will bring your mattress to your
home and leave it wrapped in the protective plastic that we cover our new products
with. Upon your request, we will either leave your new mattress inside your door or
in your garage. You assume all responsibility for unwrapping the setting-up your new
mattress and foundation.
Delivery Pricing—White Glove & Doorway
Free—for purchases of $599.00 or more when delivered within a 30-mile radius
of our Tualatin, Oregon factory.
$75—for purchases under $599.00 that are delivered within a 30-mile radius of our Tualatin, Oregon factory.
Delivery Quote—for any purchases that are delivered outside the 30-mile radius of our Tualatin, Oregon factory.
For any purchase of any value that will be delivered to a destination beyond a 30-mile radius of our Tualatin, Oregon factory delivery cost will be estimated at $2 per mile outbound ($1 per mile each way out and back). This option is only valid for
Oregon and Washington residents and may change without notice due to current fuel prices. If you live outside of those two states please refer contact our customer service for shipping options.
Oregon Customer Pick-up
Our standard production practice requires five to seven business days for your new
mattress to be made. We will call you to let you know that your mattress and
foundation are available for pick-up at our Will-call location in Tualatin,
Oregon.

Washington Customer Pick-up
Our standard production practice requires five to seven business days for your new
mattress to be made. We will call you to let you know that your mattress and
foundation are available for pick-up at our Will-call location on 162nd
Ave. in Vancouver, Washington.

Shipping & Delivery Information—US (except Alaska & Hawaii)
Our standard production practice requires five to seven business days for your new
mattress to be made. We will call the shipping company on your behalf to let them
know that your mattress and foundation are available for them to pick-up. You will
then receive a phone call from the shipping company to schedule a delivery date. It
generally takes two weeks from the time you place your order to when you can expect
to have it delivered.
We offer two delivery options at no difference in price so that you can select the
one that works best for you.
White Glove Delivery
If you select our White Glove Delivery option, the shipping company will bring
your mattress to your home and set it up for you. This includes bringing your
mattress up one set of stairs (if necessary), moving your old mattress to another
room (or taking it away for recycling if you added that service), setting up your new
