Return Policy

Sometimes things happen.

We work hard to provide our customers with their better sleep secret from the first time they walk into one of retail locations. However, we understand that sometimes a product just doesn't meet one's expectations—and when the circumstances make sense—we will go the extra mile to make sure you end up sleeping better.

We do offer a limited "Comfort" period of 90 nights that is only valid if you purchase one of our mattress protectors along with your mattress. You will be allowed one exchange for a comparable priced model. Mattresses returned for exchange will be inspected for damage, stains, or soil. Upon inspection if the mattress is damaged an exchange will not be allowed. For more details about our 90-night Comfort Guarantee, click here.

Outside of our 90-night Comfort Guarantee policy for our mattresses, Parklane Mattresses does not accept returns on any items sold as "As-is", "Distressed", "Floor Model" or "Clearance". These items are not covered under warranty and all sales of these items are final.

Parklane is a factory operation, and we offer incredible discounts when compared to retail prices, therefore returns beyond 90 days or for units sold without a mattress protector will only be accepted for warranty repair.

A warranty card is attached to each mattress and you must register your product within 30 days of the purchase to activate your warranty. You can also view our warranty terms here.

All transportation costs for exchanges or warranty issues are solely your responsibility and the cost for picking up your mattress for either inspection will be the same as our current delivery pricing. All delivery charges must be paid in full before we can schedule a time pick up your mattress. A delivery charge will also apply for the return of either your mattress choice for exchange or warranty claim repaired mattress.

The following products are not returnable at any time due to safety standards: all bedding accessories including, but not limited to pillows, duvets, sheets, mattress protectors, adjustable motion bases and adjustable bed frames.

All items delivered by Parklane require a final inspection signature from you to confirm that the products are delivered in new condition and free of damage. Please inspect all pieces delivered before signing the damage waiver. Damage found after final inspection will be subject to our warranty policy.
